About ForgeSampler

A one-surface browser sampler and production workstation with an audible first-run demo. Upload or record audio, auto-chop it across 16 pads, hear pads and patterns through the live mixer, sequence on a stable project clock, shape it with the original Forge Character engine and effects rack, resample, save locally, and export a real WAV. AI arrangement planning is metered separately; music generation and stem separation remain visibly gated until their audio workers pass production canaries.

What you provide

Audio you own or are authorized to use, or the included original synthesized drum template.

What you get

A playable chopped sample, 16-step pattern, local project state, production plan, and rendered WAV mix.

Capabilities

  • Audio upload and microphone recording
  • Transient and equal-length chopping
  • Audible first-run source, 16 playable pads, and step sequencer
  • Forge Character and native effects rack
  • Offline resampling with source lineage
  • Local save and WAV export
  • Metered AI arrangement planning

Availability

Browser sampler is free to use. AI production plans use Forge Credits; GPU audio tasks are not live yet.

Product proof and boundaries

The beta performs local audio work and DSP in the browser, persists source lineage, exports the active effects, and labels every unavailable worker capability instead of simulating a result.
