Availability
The living-world preview and visitor proposals are available now. Wallet and treasury controls are devnet-only; chain writes remain disabled until the treasury program is deployed and verified.
Product proof and boundaries
Preview, visitor proposal, owner-worker report, state-recorded receipt, and chain-verified funding are deliberately separate truth levels. Funding is never marked complete before finalized RPC verification.
